Instructions
Step 1: Cook taco filling
Into large skillet set over medium-high heat, add oil. Add beef, salt and pepper; cook, stirring occasionally and breaking up beef with wooden spoon, for 4 to 6 minutes or until starting to brown. Stir in white onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder and oregano. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 5 minutes or until beef is cooked through and onion is tender.
Step 2: Warm tortillas
Meanwhile, warm tortillas according to package directions.
Step 3: Assemble tacos
Divide beef mixture among tortillas. Garnish with lettuce, pico de gallo and red onion. Drizzle with sour cream.
Tips:
- Substitute ground beef with ground pork, turkey or chicken if preferred.
- Finish taco beef mixture with a squeeze of lime if desired.
