jalapeño peppers, halved and seeded

rings pineapple, each about 1/2-inch thick

tbsp jerk seasoning paste

large avocados, peeled, halved and pitted
1/4
cup freshly squeezed lime juice
3/4
tsp salt

tbsp finely chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat grill
Preheat grill to high heat; grease grates well.
Step 2: Grill pineapple and vegetables
Brush jalapeños, onion and pineapple with jerk seasoning paste. Grill jalapeños, onion and pineapple, turning once, for 4 to 6 minutes or until grill-marked and tender. Let cool completely and dice.
Step 3: Assemble guacamole
In medium bowl, using fork, mash avocados with lime juice and salt until smooth. Stir in diced jalapeños, onion and pineapple. Stir in cilantro. Serve with tortilla strips for dipping.
Tip: If preferred, brush veg with 1 tbsp oil and sprinkle with jerk seasoning (instead of using jerk seasoning paste).
