Instructions
In shallow bowl, stir together garlic powder, oregano, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper.
Place one mozzarella half in center of each tortilla. Fold in sides and roll to enclose like a burrito. Arrange, seam side down, on parchment paper–lined baking sheet. Spray lightly with cooking spray. Roll mozzarella sticks in seasoning mixture.
Preheat air fryer to 375°F according to manufacturer’s instructions. In batches, arrange tortilla cheese bundles in air-fryer basket seam side down. Air-fry, flipping halfway through, for 5 to 8 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Meanwhile, in small bowl, stir together yogurt, lime zest, lime juice, cumin, remaining salt and remaining pepper.
Serve mozzarella sticks with pico de gallo and lime yogurt for dipping.
Tip: Alternatively, serve with your favorite low-carb tomato sauce.
