Step 1

Combine shredded chicken and BBQ seasoning until fully coated. Set aside.

Step 2

Evenly divide cream cheese into 8 portions (about 2 tbsp). Spread cream cheese across the surface of a tortilla, edge to edge. Add 1 slice of chopped bacon (about 1 tbsp) evenly on top of cheese. Add 2 oz. of shredded chicken (scant ½ cup) to the end of tortilla closest to you. Tightly roll the tortilla, using the cream cheese to help close the seam. Complete until all flautas are rolled, place them in a baking dish, and chill in the fridge for 15 minutes.

Step 3

Preheat an air fryer to 400 ºF. Remove chilled flautas, and spray with cooking oil. Cook in 2 batches for 8-10 minutes or until crispy.

Step 4

To serve, place all flautas on a plate, drizzle with crema, and BBQ sauce. Finish with sprinkling jalapeños, bacon bits and green onions on top.
