tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

tbsp Dijon mustard

tbsp tahini paste

cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt

cloves garlic, minced

cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided

cups chopped romaine lettuce

cups shredded rotisserie chicken

avocado, peeled, halved, pitted and diced

cup halved grape tomatoes
Instructions
Step 1: Warm tortillas
Warm tortillas according to package directions.
Step 2: Prepare filling
In large bowl, whisk together lemon juice, mustard and tahini paste until smooth. Whisk in yogurt, garlic and salt until blended. Sprinkle half the Parmesan over top. Add lettuce and chicken and toss until coated.
Step 3: Assemble tacos
Assemble chicken Caesar salad in tortillas with avocado and tomatoes. Garnish with remaining Parmesan.
Tip: Substitute chopped baby kale for romaine if preferred.
