Step 1

In a large bowl mix goat cheese, honey, salt and then refrigerate 1-2 hours. Chop nuts and parsley and combine.

Step 2

Warm up your cranberry sauce and spread it on a cheese tray or serving platter.

Step 3

Roll chilled goat cheese into a ball and then cover with nut mixture and dried cranberries.

Step 4

Set the goat cheese ball over the cranberry sauce and sprinkle any leftover nuts on the platter. Serve with Mission Strips Tortilla Chips.
