Mission Gluten Free Spinach Herb Tortilla Wraps, warmed

lb. Turkey breast, ground

tbsp. Olive oil

tsp. Greek gyro seasoning

cup Cucumber, diced

cup Red onion, diced

cup Pinto beans, prepared

cup Lettuce, shredded

cup Tzatziki sauce, prepared
Salt to taste
Instructions
Step 1
In a sauté pan, over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil. Add the ground turkey and Greek seasoning. Cook until browned and cooked through. Season with salt to taste.
Step 2
Warm the tortilla wraps. Place ½ cup of cooked, seasoned turkey into each tortilla wrap. Top the turkey with 1 tbsp. diced cucumber, 1 tbsp. diced red onion, 1 tbsp. pinto beans, ¼ cup of shredded lettuce, and 1 tbsp. tzatziki sauce.
