cup Pico de gallo

cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

cup julienne cut Cucumber

cup julienne cut Carrots

cup packed Alfalfa sprouts
Instructions
Step 1
To assemble wrap: Over one wrap, spread 2 Tbsp guacamole. Place 1/4 cup pico de gallo down center of wrap. Top with 1/4 cup cheese, 1/4 cup cucumber, 1/4 cup carrots and 1/4 cup sprouts.
Step 2
Starting on one side, roll up; cut in half. Repeat with remaining wraps and ingredients.
