Lox Wraps

Chive cream cheese, smoked salmon, thin sliced red onion and cucumbers, sugar free Lox, capers, everything bagel seasoning, served with slices of lemon.

Step 1

Evenly divide cream cheese into 8 portions (about 2 tbsp). Spread cream cheese across the surface of a tortilla, edge to edge.

Step 2

To each tortilla add ½ teaspoon capers, onion slices, 6 cucumber slices and 1 oz. smoked salmon. Top with ½ tsp of EBB seasoning. Complete until all tortillas are rolled, place them in a baking dish, and chill in the fridge for 15 minutes.

Step 3

Roll each tortilla and then chill in the fridge for 15 minutes. Slice each tortilla into 3 sections and serve with lemon quarters.
